Our personal trainers will help design a program that caters to your goals and needs. Your program can be completely guided by our staff or meet with you on a weekly basis to monitor your progress. Please contact us for your first free personal training session.

THIS IS WHERE IT STARTS

Sessions will be offered in smaller or larger group settings from as little as two individuals or up to ten or more. These sessions can be customized to meet your individual needs.  With the assistance of our staff, we can assist members in attaining personal fitness goals.  Sessions can be completed in our fitness area, rooftop training area or in the privacy of a fitness studio. At CORE Athletic Clubs we can build a membership to suit your needs. We have the flexibility to fine-tune your membership to one that will work best for you. Not only do we have regular memberships we also have student memberships, corporate memberships as well as senior memberships (65 and older).
