ROOF TOP TRACK
Ease into a restful evening with a quiet yoga practice under the moonlight or setting sun. A peaceful scene to assist you to be more mindful; while being guided through yoga movements that focus on deep breathing to calm your mind and release the physical tension and stressors of the day.

PiYo® combines the sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga.
Suspension bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX® Suspension Trainer.
CORE POWER SPIN
A high energy 45 minute – indoor cycling class with great music and motivating instructors riding a varied mixture of flats, hills & sprints while burning calories all the way! Spinning is challenging, fun, and one of the best ways to improve cardiovascular fitness while burning lots of calories. Because Spinning is low impact it is suitable for most people, and our classes can accommodate all ability levels
TOTAL BODY PUMP
This 60-minute workout gives you a total body workout challenging all your major muscle groups by using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition
